You are eligible to register as a delegate from a low- or middle-income country if you currently live and study or work in a low- or middle-income country as recognised by the World Bank (click here to see the list).  If you live and study or work in a high-income country and are funded by an institution in a low- or middle-income country you are also eligible to register at the LMIC rate.

ISBNPA- BMC 2017 Scholarships                                                        

ISBNPA and BioMed Central (BMC) are pleased to be able to offer scholarships 

for ISBNPA 2017 attendees from low and middle income countries. Up to 10
eligible attendees will receive support for registration, travel and accommodation expenses. 

We are proud to advise that the ISBNPA fellows' registration fees and a generous offer from Prof Hans Brug are providing part of the funds for this initiative.

Registration paid with credit card is a preferred method and results in an instant confirmation of a delegate attendance. Accepted credit cards are MasterCard and Visa. All transactions by credit card will appear on your statement as payment to Venue West Conference Services.

Your registration and payment will be acknowledged via email with confirmation of your requirements according to your registration form.

INSURANCE

Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that at the time you register for the Congress and book your travel you take out an insurance policy of your choice. The policy should include loss of fees/deposit through cancellation of your participation in the Conference, loss of international/domestic air fares through cancellation for any reason, loss of tour monies through cancellation for any reason including airline or related services strikes within Canada, failure to utilize tours or pre booked arrangements due to airline delay, Force Majeure or any other reason, medical expenses, loss or damage to personal property, additional expenses and repatriation should travel arrangements have to be altered. Venue West cannot take any responsibility for any participant failing to arrange their own insurance. This insurance is to be purchased in your country of origin.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Refunds (less a $75 CDN handling charge) will be provided for cancellations received in writing by April 30th, 2017. Refunds will not be provided for cancellations after this date, but a substitute delegate may be sent instead.
